Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

We at Zehra Noori follow a customer-friendly policy to ensure your shopping experience 
remains smooth and stress-free. We are here to assist you before, during, and after your 
purchase. As an additional measure, we encourage all customers to carefully read the 
following terms and conditions before placing an order. 
Zehra Noori is a homegrown, Made in India brand led by a woman entrepreneur with a 
strong focus on body positivity, comfort, confidence, and size inclusivity. We believe fashion 
should be inclusive and accessible for everybody, which is why we do not charge any 
additional amount for plus-size customized outfits. Every piece is thoughtfully designed with 
the intention of making customers feel confident, comfortable, and celebrated in what they 
wear. 
We encourage you to ask as many questions as needed before confirming your order, 
including queries regarding fabric, color, fit, measurements, design details, or sizing 
assistance. Our team would be happy to help you make an informed purchase decision. You

away. 
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED 
● We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Products are eligible only for 
exchange under the conditions mentioned below. 
● Refunds are not offered under normal circumstances. Refunds will only be issued if 
an order cannot be fulfilled or in cases where a replacement product is unavailable. 
WHEN EXCHANGE IS NOT ACCEPTED 
● Color Difference: Exchanges are not accepted due to slight color variations caused 
by photography lighting, screen resolution, or device display settings. 
● Material or Color Preference: Exchanges are not accepted if the customer is 
dissatisfied with the fabric texture, material, color tone, or overall preference of the 
ordered product. We use the best quality materials available, and all relevant product 
details are clearly mentioned in the product description. We request customers to 
carefully read all product information before placing an order. 
● Change of Mind: Exchanges will not be accepted for change-of-mind purchases after 
an order has been confirmed. 
● Sale Products: Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are 
not eligible for exchange. 
● Customized Orders: Customized, altered, or specially tailored products are not 
eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. 
EXCHANGE DUE TO SIZE ISSUES 
● Please refer to the size chart mentioned on each product page before confirming 
your order. If you are unsure about your size, our team would be happy to assist you 
in finding the best fit. 
● If you still face sizing issues after receiving your order, please send us a WhatsApp 
message at +91 9769397185 along with your order number and details of the issue 
within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review your request and assist you on a 
case-by-case basis. 
● Products eligible for exchange must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned 
with original tags and packaging intact. 
● A handling fee of INR 300 per item will be charged to cover reverse pick-up and 
re-dispatch logistics expenses. 
● No size exchanges will be facilitated for products purchased during sales or 
promotional offers. 
EXCHANGE DUE TO DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS 
● It is extremely unlikely for customers to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect 
product, as every outfit undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch. However, in 
rare cases where such issues occur, we would be happy to assist you with an 
exchange. 
● Minor thread irregularities, loose threads, slight embroidery variations, minor finishing 
differences, or slight variations in print placement, dye tone, texture, or handcrafted 
detailing shall not be considered defects. 
● Due to the handcrafted nature of certain products, slight irregularities and variations 
may naturally occur and are part of the uniqueness and beauty of handmade 
garments. 
● Please send us a WhatsApp message at +91 9769397185 with details of the issue, 
clear product images, and an unedited parcel opening video for verification purposes 
within 48 hours of delivery. All exchange requests will be subject to our verification 
process. 
● Once your request has been reviewed and verified, our team will notify you regarding 
the approval or rejection of the exchange request along with a valid explanation. 
● Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pick-up and dispatch a replacement of the 
same product within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned product. 
● In the event that the product is unavailable, the paid amount for the product will be 
refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. 
EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
● International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to logistical 
limitations. 
ORDER CANCELLATION 
● Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. 
● Once the order has entered processing or dispatch stages, cancellations will not be 
possible. 
SHIPPING ADDRESS & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY 
● Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details while 
placing an order. 
● Zehra Noori shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused 
due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. 
● Our delivery partners will generally attempt delivery twice. In case delivery fails due 
to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, refusal to accept the parcel, or 
any related reason, any additional delivery attempt beyond the second attempt shall 
be chargeable to the customer. 
PRODUCT CARE & USAGE 
● Customers are advised to carefully follow the wash care instructions provided with 
the garment. 
● Zehra Noori shall not be responsible for damage caused due to improper washing 
methods, ironing, mishandling, alterations by third parties, or regular wear and tear 
after usage. 
COD & FRAUDULENT ORDERS 
● Zehra Noori reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly 
refuse Cash on Delivery orders or engage in fraudulent ordering behavior. 
CUSTOMER CONDUCT 
● We request customers to maintain respectful communication with our support team at 
all times. 
● Abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior towards our team may 
lead to refusal of service or cancellation of future orders.
