● Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. 
● Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day. 
● Processing timelines for customized, altered, or pre-order products may vary. 
Relevant timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase. 
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines 
● Standard Shipping: Orders are generally delivered within 5-7 business days after 
dispatch. 
● Express Shipping: Express delivery typically takes 2-4 business days after dispatch. 
● Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable pin codes depending on 
courier partner availability. 
Shipping Charges 
● Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders within India. 
● Express shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated during checkout. 
Order Tracking 
● Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message along 
with tracking details. 
● Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect after shipment confirmation. 
Shipping Restrictions 
● We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 
● Deliveries to certain remote locations may require additional time. 
Lost or Damaged Parcels 
● We take utmost care to ensure every order reaches customers safely and securely. 
● In the unlikely event of loss or transit damage, customers are requested to contact 
our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
